1. Overview

Kendral M&A ("Kendral," "we," "us," or "our") operates the kendral.us website and provides M&A deal origination services to private equity firms, search funds, independent sponsors, and other acquirers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

By using kendral.us or engaging Kendral as a client, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you complete an intake form, sign up for the client portal, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or fund name, role, target acquisition criteria ("buy box"), and any other information you choose to provide.

Information we generate while delivering the service. When you are a client, we generate and store data related to your campaigns, including lead lists, outbound email content, replies received, dispositions you record, deal pipeline notes, and performance metrics.

Information collected automatically. When you visit kendral.us we collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, and pages visited. We use this only to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Information from third parties. We work with third-party data providers and email infrastructure tools to source business owner contact information for outbound campaigns on behalf of clients. We only collect information that is lawful to use for B2B outreach.

3. How we use information

  • To provide and operate our origination services, including running outbound campaigns and surfacing interested replies in your client portal.
  • To communicate with you about your account, campaigns, replies, and service updates.
  • To improve our service, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that help us operate the business — for example, Supabase (database and authentication), Smartlead (email infrastructure), Resend (transactional email), domain registrars, and analytics providers. These vendors are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we direct.
  • Clients, when the information relates to leads, replies, or campaign performance for their account.
  • Authorities or other parties, when required by law or to protect Kendral's rights, property, or safety, or those of others.
  • Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

5. Data retention

We retain client and campaign data for as long as your engagement with Kendral is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and contractual obligations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted database storage, role-based access controls, and secure authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat client data as if it were our own.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@kendral.us and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

Kendral.us uses a minimal set of cookies and local-storage entries required for the site and client portal to function (e.g. authentication tokens, session state, user preferences). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children

Our services are intended for business users and not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International users

Kendral is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your home country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, if appropriate, notify you by email or through the client portal.
